The six (6) contacts for these services were Board approved on 4/12/2012 (Item#26).  Per Article 1.1 of the agreements: "This agreement, at the Owner's discretion, is renewable for an additional one (1)-year period at mutually agreed rates and conditions: Staff is recommending exercising the option to continue these contracts for the additional one (1)-year period.
